About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and support.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in health or social care, such as NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a mental health environment, particularly in crisis resolution and urgent care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities and situations.
