About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our First Response Service in Cheshire and Wirral. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to service users.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of crisis response plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health support.
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 in Health or Social Care, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working in a mental health environment, with a focus on crisis response and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
