Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Hexagon Care Services. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential home in Congleton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the management team and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a positive and relaxed home environment, fostering a sense of safety, support, and belonging among young people.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge in residential childcare.
  • Collaborate with the management team and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
