About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue & Reservations Manager to join our team at Sandymount Hotel. As a key member of our Reservations team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our hotel's revenue goals and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and e-mail queries from new and existing clients
  • Take reservations accurately and in a helpful, friendly manner
  • Answer telephone calls promptly using proper telephone etiquette
  • Manage group blocks, deposits, and contracts
  • Maximise rooms and other revenue sales through efficient revenue management
  • Support and guide the Reservations team
  • Identify new revenue opportunities for the hotel
  • Assist with setting up packages and rate mapping/distribution
