Job Title: Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team at MHL Hotel Collection. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to drive growth and profitability across our hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and occupancy levels
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Collaborate with hotel managers and staff to ensure effective implementation of revenue management strategies
  • Monitor and analyze revenue performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, managers, and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with hotel staff and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices, including yield management, pricing, and revenue forecasting
