Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Manager to join our team at our brand-new luxury hotel in Dublin 2. As a key member of our revenue team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and executing our revenue management strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices to optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
  • Manage revenue projects, new system installations, and implementations.
  • Oversee the reservations team, including recruitment, training, creation of SOPs, coaching, performance management, and appraisals.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform pricing decisions and develop pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the finance, sales, and marketing teams to create targeted promotions and packages.
  • Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments, and reporting.
  • Ensure the website booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
  • Conduct quarterly property performance review and develop strategic and tactical action.
  • Responsible for best practice standards, including competitor analysis, inventory availability by channel, and evaluation of performance of distribution partners and contracted rates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and property management software.
  • Business Development DNA and commercial-minded.
