Job Title: Assistant Cluster Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Cluster Revenue Manager to join our dynamic hotel group, MHL Hotel Collection. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue strategies across our hotels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement revenue management operations and procedures in accordance with best practices.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities for each hotel and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for each hotel, including revenue performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize and expand distribution partnerships for each hotel to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Act as a business development consultant for each hotel's manager/owner, providing guidance and support to drive revenue growth.
  • Challenge and influence hotels to improve service levels and operational standards.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with hotel staff and 3rd-party partners.
  • Travel to hotels to provide on-site support and guidance.
  • Embed a revenue management culture in each hotel, ensuring that all staff understand the importance of revenue optimization.
  • Assist with revenue projects and new system installations in hotels.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a hotel revenue management role, with a strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and numeric skills, with the ability to quickly analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hotel staff and 3rd-party partners.
  • Ability to work under own initiative in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of motivation and determination.
  • Willingness to travel and interact with hotel staff and 3rd-party partners.
