Key Responsibilities:- Plan and manage the performance of the process and governance team within the VMO
- Coach the Process and Governance Coordinator
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and drive efficiency gains across the organization
- Own and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, accountability, and transparency in decision-making processes
- Collect data for quality analysis from various sources (process observations, stakeholder feedback)
- Validate data and tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of quality control records
- Analyze quality control data to identify trends and potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Plan quality assurance and testing activities
- Prepare reports and maintain quality control activity records
- Monitor quality KPIs and flag compliance issues and practices that deviate from standards
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence
- Understanding of governance principles and practices to establish governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that ensure compliance, accountability, and transparency
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and foster buy-in for process improvement and governance initiatives
- Process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze relevant data against performance indicators, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve
- Strong problem-solving skills to evaluate issues and collaborate with the wider quality team to develop solutions
- Effective communication and reporting skills to communicate audit findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
