About the Role

We are seeking a Governance Delivery Specialist to join our team at Arqiva. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing process improvement initiatives and establishing governance frameworks to support strategic decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns and maintains governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, accountability, and transparency in decision-making processes
  • Analyses existing processes in Arqiva to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and improvements to the governance
  • Leads process improvement initiatives to streamline delivery in the Enablement team, eliminate waste, and drive efficiency gains across the organization
  • Plans and manages performance of process and governance team within the VMO
  • Coaches the Process and Governance Coordinator
  • Collects data for quality analysis from various sources (process observations, stakeholder feedback)
  • Validates data and tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of quality control records
  • Analyses quality control data to identify trends and potential issues, and implements corrective actions
  • Plans quality assurance and testing activities
  • Prepares reports and maintains quality control activity records
  • Monitors quality KPIs and flags compliance issues and practices that deviate from standards

About You

We are looking for a Governance Delivery Specialist with proficiency in process improvement methodologies, understanding of governance principles and practices, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
