Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities for projects across Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and commercial management, with experience in managing commercial activities throughout the design stage, tender bid preparation, and engagement with sub-contractors and suppliers.
The successful candidate will work closely with our design, pre-construction, and estimating teams to ensure commercial coverage and review and negotiate contracts with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management of commercial activities throughout the design stage, including tender bid preparation and sub-contractor engagement.
- Working closely with the design, pre-construction, and estimating teams to ensure commercial coverage.
- Review and negotiation of contracts with clients.
- Negotiation and placement of sub-contract agreements.
- Preparation and submission of monthly interim valuations.
- Management and agreement of variations to contracts.
- Valuation, preparation, and submission of compliant payment notices to sub-contractors.
- Management and agreement of variations with sub-contractors.
- Agreement of final accounts.
- Monthly production and presentation of financial reports.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high degree of personal motivation, commercial acumen, and the ability to work as part of a team. They will also be able to manage numerous activities across multiple projects simultaneously and have an enterprising, commercial, and planned approach.
The package includes:
