Building Surveyor

• Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing and ensure project success.
• Review and Update Project Costs: Regularly review and update project costs as construction work progresses to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management, excellent negotiation and communication skills.
