About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing all commercial activities throughout the design stage, including the compilation of tender bids and negotiation of contracts with clients and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of commercial activities throughout the design stage
  • Compilation of tender bids and negotiation of contracts
  • Review and negotiation of contracts with clients and sub-contractors
  • Preparation and submission of monthly interim valuations to clients
  • Management and agreement of variations to contracts
  • Carry out valuation, preparation, and submission of compliant payment notices to sub-contractors
  • Management and agreement of variations with sub-contractors
  • Agreement of final accounts upstream and downstream
  • Monthly production and presentation of financial reports for projects

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High degree of personal motivation and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple activities across projects
  • Outgoing personality and strong negotiation skills
  • Flexibility to work across all areas of the business and hours to meet the requirements of the role
  • Enterprising, commercial, and planned approach
  • Ability to add value to the role, department, and company as a whole
