Senior Quantity Surveyor

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects across Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all commercial activities throughout the design stage, including tender bid compilation and submission of the Absolute Maximum Price (AMP) construction of the project.
- Engage with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers during the design phase, ensuring commercial coverage.
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, with support from senior management.
- Negotiate and place Sub-Contract Agreements with specialist Sub-Contractors.
- Prepare and submit monthly interim valuations to clients in line with the contract.
- Manage, value, and agree variations to the contract.
- Carry out valuations, preparation, and submission of compliant payment notices to Sub-Contractors in accordance with the Sub-Contract Agreement.
- Manage and agree variations with Sub-Contractors.
- Agree final accounts upstream and downstream.
- Produce and present financial reports for projects in line with the company timetable.
- Review and understand project programmes, ensuring correct contractual notices are issued as required by the contract.
