Job Introduction

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Efficiency Delivery programme, a crucial role in driving performance and supporting the business with work volumes to ensure excellent customer service is delivered to our customers. This role will play a pivotal part in driving forward performance and giving our large teams the support they need in the field.

The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring their teams adhere to Health and Safety regulations, efficient scheduling of work activities, collaboration with other teams to manage workload, driving team productivity and individual performance management, maintaining a full schedule of work for the team, and ensuring our people have the appropriate training and work authorisations to support a safe and productive working environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain a full schedule of work for the team

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of managing teams, and will be experienced in being an escalation point for both the team and external customers. The candidate should have the ability to develop a good understanding of Health and Safety legislation, Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations 2002, and Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. They should be organised, with strong problem-solving and the ability to think and plan ahead, and have good communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
