Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
- Develop and implement effective stock taking processes and procedures
- Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Travel to different client sites each day, working flexible hours and varying shift patterns
- Manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
- Full driving license
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in stock counting or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
