Retail Team Leader Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
- Develop and implement effective stock control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies
- Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience in stock control and team management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Full driving license and willingness to travel
