Retail Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
  • Develop and implement effective stock control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
