About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to lead our team in the world of delicious New York-style pizza at Sbarro. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory, scheduling, and customer relations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.
