Job Title: Registered Nurse - RGN

Carlton Court Care Home is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse - RGN to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse - RGN to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse - RGN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, leading the care team, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead the care team, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Assess, develop, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, relatives, and carers, to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained, and reports are completed as required.
  • Administer prescribed medications, ensuring safe and effective care.
  • Participate in staff, resident, and relative meetings, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse - RGN with a valid NMC PIN number.
  • Ability to motivate and delegate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine interest in working with the elderly.
  • Satisfactory DBS and DBS Adult First check.
  • Team player with the ability to work across a multidisciplinary team.
