Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager | Elderly Nursing Home

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to join our team at Compass Associates. The successful candidate will have a passion for elderly and dementia care and a proven track record of working in a nursing home environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff
Requirements:
  • Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) essential
  • 2 years + experience working as a Clinical Lead or Deputy desirable
  • Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
  • Genuine passion for elderly care
Interview Process:

There is a 2-stage interview process:

  • Stage 1 – Interview with the Home Manager
  • Stage 2 – Formal interview with Home Manager & Regional Director
