Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Lead and manage the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Assess, develop, and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, relatives, and carers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Ensure accurate records and documentation, adhering to NMC guidelines and company policies.
  • Administer prescribed medicines and maintain accurate records.
  • Take management responsibility for a shift as directed.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse - RGN with a valid NMC PIN Number.
  • Ability to motivate and delegate effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Genuine interest in working with the elderly.
  • Satisfactory DBS and DBS Adult First check.
  • Team Player - Ability to work across a multidisciplinary team.
