Agency Chemotherapy Nurse Opportunity

Leaders in Care is seeking a skilled Oncology Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality care to patients in their own homes. As an Agency Chemotherapy Nurse, you will work with a nationally recognized specialist provider of Cancer Care, covering the Barnet area and surrounding areas.

The role involves providing a range of treatments, including bloods, toxicity assessments, IV chemotherapy, oral chemotherapy, pump disconnections, line care, and more. You will benefit from a competitive hourly rate of £43-£48, mileage expenses, and no bank holiday working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver oncology treatments to patients in their own homes
  • Conduct bloods, toxicity assessments, and other necessary procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Active NMC Pin - Registered RGN
  • Experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Chemotherapy is essential
  • Cannulation & Venepuncture experience
  • Driving Licence
  • SACT Passport, or equivalent qualification
