Job Title: Registered Nurse

Carlton Court Care Home is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading our care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Lead and manage the care team, ensuring that all staff members are working together to provide excellent care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' care plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document all care provided.
  • Ensure that all residents receive a high standard of care, including maintaining their dignity, respect, and autonomy.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse qualification and valid PIN number.
  • Ability to motivate and delegate effectively, leading a team of care staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing high-quality patient care.
  • Knowledge of NMC guidelines and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
