Job Title: Registered Nurse - RGN

Carlton Court Care Home is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring they are providing high-quality care and adhering to our care home's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for our residents.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure our care home is meeting the highest standards of care and compliance.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse - valid NMC PIN Number
  • Ability to motivate and delegate effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Genuine interest in working with the elderly
  • Satisfactory DBS and DBS Adult First check
  • Team Player - Ability to work across a multidisciplinary team
