Job Description

Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to work with our team in High Peak. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to students with special educational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Working one-on-one or in small groups to provide additional learning support.
  • Recording and monitoring pupil progress to track developmental milestones.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a teaching or teaching assistant role.
  • Experience working with SEN children, particularly those with ADD/ADHD or Autism.
  • A flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
  • Enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registration.
  • Two professional references covering the last two years.

Benefits:

This role offers an estimated annual salary of £26,500-£32,000, based on experience.
