Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Prospero Teaching is currently seeking a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Longfield, Kent.
Job OverviewIn this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN. You will work closely with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized plans to support students with SEN, addressing their unique learning needs.
- Assist the class teacher in creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment, promoting the social and emotional development of students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and progress.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with children with SEN. A strong understanding of SEN and the ability to adapt to different learning styles are essential.
Location and SalaryThe school is conveniently located with excellent transport links, making it an ideal location for those living in or around Kent. We offer a competitive daily rate of £100 - £110, dependent on experience.
