Teaching Assistant for Children with SEN

Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with SEN in a primary school setting
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective communication and progress monitoring
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss pupil progress and strategies
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with primary-aged children with SEN and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support. Your patience, flexibility, and positive attitude will enable you to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues alike.
Compensation: This temporary position comes with a salary of £12,900 per annum and the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role if desired.
