Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

Invictus Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical systems, including PPMs, emergency lighting, and fire alarm testing.
- Respond to reactive tasks and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of pumps, motors, seals, bearings, booster sets, heating systems, air conditioning, and water treatment systems.
- Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and UPS systems.
- Perform general building fabric maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor mechanical plant and equipment.
- Minimum Level 2 in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Good physical stamina and fitness.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Fundamental understanding of health and safety guidelines.
