We are seeking a skilled and solution-oriented IT Onsite Technician to join our team. As an IT Onsite Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our clients. Your tasks will include providing first and second-level technical support, responding to IT-related questions, and documenting all interactions in our customer ticket system.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients
* Responding to IT-related questions and incidents
* Documenting all interactions in our customer ticket system
* Creating and maintaining knowledge articles
* Providing IT onboarding trainings to new starters

Requirements:

* Fluent English language skills
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
