We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Help Desk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other tech tools.
- Offer first and second-level technical support through calls, tickets, and user interaction.
- Respond promptly to IT-related questions from end-users.
- Document all end-user interactions in the customer ticket system.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills, with other languages a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work self-sufficiently.
- Team player and supportive personality.
- Experience in regulated IT environments is a plus.
