Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Carbon60, a leading engineering and maintenance provider based in Montrose.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including site timewriting, site buying, and bookkeeping.
  • Manage and maintain training records, including certificate and training expiry dates.
  • Control and update absence charts, ensuring transparency of approved holidays and absences for staff.
  • Ensure notice boards are current and kept up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Practical knowledge and experience in a similar role.
  • Evidence of fundamentals in standard MS Office and Access applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation are essential.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • HNC or equivalent in Administration or a similar field.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Excel.
