Job Title: Administrator

Location: Montrose, Scotland

Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Belcan. As a key member of our Engineering, Industrial Services Sector, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or construction industries team, you will provide administrative support to our client Management team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage site timewriting from timesheets into Mpower system
  • Process site buying from requisition to SAP system
  • Book training for all staff and maintain employee training records
  • Manage, update, and maintain training requirements matrix and records showing certificate/training expiry dates
  • Maintain electronic supporting forms and registers
  • Perform general administration tasks, including maintaining filing systems and controlling general data
  • Control and update absence chart ensuring transparency of approved holidays and absences for staff
  • Ensure notice boards are current and kept up-to-date

Requirements:

  • Practical knowledge and experience in administration or a similar role
  • Evidence of fundamentals in standard MS Office and Access applications
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferable
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Excel
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Minimum English & Maths Scottish Ordinary/Standard Grade of GCSE's
