Sales Proposal Manager

The role of a Sales Proposal Manager at 3Search empowers and inspires people to fulfill their potential, enabling customers to make informed buying decisions through technology.
This position is based in the UK and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
Duties:- Collect relevant information and assist in producing tender documents, ensuring timely submission and meeting specification requirements.
- Evaluate proposals for alignment with guidelines and sales management standards.
- Coordinate technical data from internal departments and stakeholders, interpreting the material for the target audience.
- Track and report on tender outcomes.
- Work with the Sales team on specific projects, enriching the sales library.
- Conduct customer research and peer reviews to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer and content produced.
- Report directly to senior management on business risks, including those identified in RFPs.
- Experience in writing and understanding bid and proposal documentation within IT services or solutions sector.
- Public sector exposure, preferably in NHS, CCS, Local Government, and Charity Non-profit.
- Held relationships at all stakeholder levels across a public sector organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write clearly for an international audience, and an excellent eye for detail.
