Tenant Liaison Officer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes.
  2. Book appointments and manage your own diary.
  3. Conduct pre-entry visits and company inductions.
  4. Collect tenancy agreements and approval forms.
  5. Visit tenants in their homes to advise them on works being carried out.
  6. Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems or queries that tenants may have.
  7. Contact neighbourhood housing associations and establish working relations.
  8. Visit empty houses to advise potential tenants on completion dates.
  9. Attend and chair tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out.
  10. Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues.
  11. Monitor customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong and stable career within face-to-face customer service, ideally within Housing or Construction sectors.
  • Full driving licence.
  • CSCS Card (desirable).
