Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Technology Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end projects from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and meeting customer expectations.



About the Role

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Lead project planning and resource allocation to achieve business objectives and optimize project timelines.
  • Manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), governing milestones, and receipting adherence to project plans.
  • Evaluate and implement lean governance operating models to enhance transparency and predictability in project delivery.
  • Oversee project finances and supplier commercials, including internal Capex/Opex, to ensure efficient budget management.


Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in building and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience of managing IT programs using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • A proven track record of managing application development and infrastructure upgrade projects.
  • Leadership skills – ability to manage, motivate, and develop direct teams and matrix environments.
