Job Title: Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Procurement Specialist to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from order to delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of supplier Purchase Orders for required products and parts in our internal procurement system, Cash4Windows (C4W)
  • Creation of daily order requirements for delivery direct to customers and/or outside storage locations in C4W
  • Resolving and responding to supplier price and product queries, including ETAs
  • Liaising directly with internal colleagues to ensure timely resolution of queries
  • Inventory support across Min/Max levels set against all engineers for Van Stocks
  • Ensuring daily and weekly KPI targets are overachieved
  • Processing orders via Gmail account daily
  • Ordering daily eBay and Marlowe Shop orders as per current process
  • Stocked lines to be picked and dispatched with tracking details updated on site
  • Liaising with suppliers on customer queries and resolving with the end-user in a timely manner
  • Processing orders via Marlowe internal Portal
  • Liaising with engineers ordering directly with suppliers, ensuring all goods are received into Van Stocks and booked out against jobs where applicable
  • Liaising with suppliers on a day-to-day basis to ensure deliveries are completed and required invoices are submitted
  • Ensuring daily and weekly KPI targets are overachieved

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with experience in supply chain and/or procurement, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize their workload. Previous experience in the Fire and Security industry is beneficial, but full training will be provided. You will have good IT skills, including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
