About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Marlowe Fire and Security. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from order to delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Create and manage purchase orders, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring excellent service and competitive pricing.
  • Procurement Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on procurement spend, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
