Job Summary

Marlowe Fire and Security, a leading provider of fire and security solutions, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Replenishment Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, from order to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of supplier Purchase Orders (POs) for required products and parts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Management of daily order requirements, including creation of delivery schedules and tracking of inventory levels.
  • Resolving supplier price and product queries, including ETAs and inventory management.
  • Liaison with internal colleagues to ensure seamless communication and resolution of queries.
  • Inventory management, including setting and managing Min/Max levels for engineers' van stocks.
  • Ensuring daily and weekly KPI targets are met or exceeded.
  • Processing orders via internal portals and managing supplier relationships.
  • Liaison with suppliers to resolve customer queries and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in supply chain and/or procurement is essential, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
