The Land Trust is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Estates and Community Officer to join our team in Cambridge.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and managing community facilities. As an Estates and Community Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a community centre and wider open space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide high standards of customer care and be presentable and approachable for users of the community centre.
  • Facility Management: Monitor and manage contractors, ensuring that maintenance work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce KPI reports and site inspection reports to assist the Service Charge Estate Manager with estate operations.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, experience of working with customers, and a proven track record of managing maintenance contracts.
