Company Overview: Penguin Recruitment Ltd is a leading contractor providing rail, forestry, and environmental services. Our company has been expanding its in-house team and seeks an experienced Senior Environmental Consultant to drive our ecological services.


Salary: Competitive Salary (£50,000 - £65,000 per annum) including benefits such as 20 days leave + bank holidays, full PPE, flexible working, and a company vehicle with fuel card.


Job Description: As a Senior Environmental Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering ecological services across various projects. This includes conducting site surveys, producing assessments, and assisting in habitat regulation and species surveys. You will also contribute to data analysis, report writing, and designing mitigation measures.


Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have proficiency in GIS or mapping software, excellent organisational and analytical skills, and the ability to write comprehensive reports. Additionally, you will need a full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the southern region. Project management experience is highly desirable.
