About the Role

We are seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our team in Hampshire. As a key member of our Environment team, you will play an integral role in implementing our Environmental Strategy. The successful candidate will undertake ecological studies across various projects and environments to identify and advise on balancing project needs with environmental considerations.

You will carry out Ecological Site Surveys, producing Preliminary Ecological Assessments, and assist with Ecological Impact Assessments and Habitat Regulation Assessments. You will also lead and assist with Protected Species Surveys, collate data, information, and analysis, and contribute to reports and mitigation measures.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff members and supporting their professional development.
