Assessment and Support Coordinator

As an Adult Social Care Assessor with Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for adult social care and other related services, using your judgement, assessment, and decision-making skills to identify and allocate appropriate resources to meet customer needs and requirements. You will also work effectively individually and as part of a team to achieve service outcomes and actively contribute to the development and smooth running of the service in accordance with local policies, procedures, and legislation.
About the Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have experience of working in a health or social care setting with adults with different levels of needs and/or an understanding of how their disability or health may impact on their ability to complete daily tasks. They will also have basic knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and guidance that underpin the service, including identifying safeguarding and quality of care issues to ensure that people's welfare is protected and that the quality and standard of support provided is optimised.
This permanent position offers a salary of up to £34,341 per annum, with opportunities for career development and learning experiences through training courses and learning methods. As an employee of Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, you will also benefit from a range of benefits, including an excellent pension through the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and up to 32 days annual leave depending on grade and length of service.
