Join Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a pioneering recruitment agency, in this exciting opportunity as an Adult Care Coordinator within the Integrated Learning Disability Team. Based in Enfield, our newly refurbished office offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment with flexible working options.
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to provide assessment, care management, and social work services to users and carers arising out of the council's duties and powers under legislation. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to assess need, and make appropriate support plans. As a Care Coordinator, you will work in partnership with service users, carers, and other professionals to maintain the service user at the centre of each process or activity.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the care management process, ability to work with safeguarding cases, and knowledge of departmental financial policies and controls. With a salary up to £32,805 per annum, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities while further developing your skills and career.
This role includes undertaking assessment work, supporting with safeguarding case work, and being part of our integrated front door duty service on a rota basis.
