We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join our team at SSA Star Care Ltd. Based in Enfield, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Registered Manager and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in providing care and hold a valid driving license. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for managing care visits, building relationships with carers and clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. With a focus on delivering high-quality care, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to achieve excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing care visits and dealing with queries efficiently
  • Building strong relationships with carers, clients, and health professionals
  • Delivering care as required and demonstrating leadership from the front
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in providing care
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it
  • Good administration, literacy, and numeracy skills
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary up to £26,000 per year
  • Additional on-call payments approximately £2,000 per annum
