Pastoral Care Coordinator

Ribbons and Reeves Limited are proud to offer a Behaviour Mentor role at a well-established secondary school in Enfield Chase, North London. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an individual to make a difference within a supportive and professional pastoral team.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, with experience in a similar role being desirable but not essential. They will be committed to working with students of varying ages from diverse backgrounds, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The key responsibilities of the Behaviour Mentor include maintaining a safe and positive school environment, supporting students in overcoming behavioural challenges, building meaningful relationships with students, and collaborating with staff across all departments. This long-term, full-time position offers a competitive salary of £100 per day, including holiday pay, paid weekly via PAYE.
