The Grad Cafe Overview

The Grad Cafe is a leading company in the financial services industry, with a strong presence in Wakefield, MA. We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Systems Administrator to join our team.

As a Financial Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our analytical systems and processes that drive our financial planning and sales compensation functions. You will implement new technology, configure and test existing solutions, and ensure seamless integration with our Finance and SC teams.

We require an individual with 2-3 years of experience in financial system administration, configuration, or development to join our team. Your expertise in analytic systems, relational databases, and Excel skills will be essential in driving business growth and efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Support the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system
  • Configure, test, and implement Sales Compensation plans in Xactly Incent
  • Assist in new sales compensation plan implementations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, internal IT, and BI/EPM

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills, experience with Xactly highly preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of financial and compensation terms and processes

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
