Alcumus is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on employment law and best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and customer-focused support to clients, including competent HR advice and identifying escalation points as needed.
- Maintain and update legally compliant HR documentation, including contract statements, employee handbooks, and policies.
- Provide digital HR advice and support, including phone, email, and digital call channels such as Teams and Zoom.
- Offer legally compliant, pragmatic, and commercial employment options to clients through regular communication.
- Maintain and update online systems to ensure accurate and efficient recording of HR advice.
- Upsell additional Evalu-8 features, ancillaries, and HR packages to existing clients.
- Plan and manage personal capacity in conjunction with the HR Technical Team Manager, aligned with client portfolio expectations.
- Work with Alcumus teams to develop, grow, and maintain relationships to improve and drive a consistent approach to customers.
- Identify and work towards opportunities for improvement with the HR Technical Team Manager and wider business.
- Previous experience in a HR Advisory position with a sound knowledge of employment law and advising on best HR practice.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR and employee relations.
- Ability to think and operate in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering first-class service and managing stakeholder relations.
- Experience in customer services via phone call and email support is desirable.
- CIPD Level 3 is essential.
- CIPD Level 5 is offered as part of our development program.
- Hybrid workplace policy, with the option to work from the office 3 days per week.
