Job Title: HR Advisor

Alcumus is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on employment law and best HR practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and customer-focused support to clients, including competent HR advice and identifying escalation points as needed.
  • Maintain and update legally compliant HR documentation, including contract statements, employee handbooks, and policies.
  • Provide digital HR advice and support, including phone, email, and digital call channels such as Teams and Zoom.
  • Offer legally compliant, pragmatic, and commercial employment options to clients through regular communication.
  • Maintain and update online systems to ensure accurate and efficient recording of HR advice given.
  • Upsell additional Evalu-8 features, ancillaries, and HR packages to existing clients.
  • Plan and manage personal capacity in conjunction with the HR Technical Team Manager, aligned with client portfolio expectations.
  • Work with Alcumus teams to develop, grow, and maintain relationships to improve and drive a consistent approach to customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and employee relations.
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and advising on best HR practice.
  • Ability to think and operate in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering first-class service and managing stakeholder relations.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification.
