About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation and Cleaning Shift Manager to join our team at Butlins. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our cleaning services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional cleaning services
  • Develop and implement operational plans to meet business objectives and improve guest satisfaction
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure adherence to our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives
  • Manage and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Lead feedback discussions with team members to improve performance and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Manage the implementation of our Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRRT) strategy to optimize team performance
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader who can drive results and improve guest satisfaction. You will have a proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. You will be a strong communicator and problem solver with excellent leadership and coaching skills.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing cleaning or soft services teams
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
  • High standards and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze reports and implement corrective actions
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs
