We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation and Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Butlins. Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the cleaning operations team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) standards.
- Lead feedback conversations with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the impact on our Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and effectively execute our Right People, Right Place, Right Time (RPRRT) strategy.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in facilities management and team leadership. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications and Experience- Extensive experience in managing cleaning or soft services teams, with a proven track record of delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
